On 6th July, 2007, a ceremony on the donation to public healthcare development and help the underprivileged in Guizhou rural areas by Tianda Group and Tianda Biotech Limited was held at Guiyann City, Mr. Chen Xianhonn. Deputy Director of Public Health Department of Guizhou Province, Mr. Wang Yanfeno, Director of China Health Development Foundation and Mr. Fang Wenquan, Director of Tianda Group and Tianda Biotech Limited, attended the ceremony and made a speech.

Last December. Mr. Fang wrote to Premier Wen expressing Tianda Group's wish to contribute to the development of public healthcare in rural area. With the help from Public Health Department, Guizhou Province Government and China Health Development Foundation: and after several adjustment and. various discussion, China Health Development Foundation, Public Health Department of Guizhou Province and Tianda Group reached mutual consensus that Tianda Biotech Limited would donate RMB ten millions to Guizhou Province in two batches. The first batch of RMB five millions is mainly used for the Dafang County of Bilie city & Pan County of Liu Pan Shui City's public health management, cities' healthcare main doctors and village’s healthcare workers' training, healthcare facilities setup and construction of healthcare room. This three-tier healthcare staffs totalled around 1700 and served over 2 million people, which will improve health condition of the villagers in the region; and in turn, it will improve their living standard as well. The experience gained will help in furthering the basic village healthcare development.
