An earthquake measuring 7.1 on the Richter scale and its numerous aftershocks wreaked havoc in Yushu, Qinghai Province on 14 April 2010.It has caused thousands of deaths and injuries and massive number of buildings collapsed.

Tianda Group has made a donation of RMB 700,000 through Red Cross Society of China to assist victims of the earthquake and to alleviate the situation. The fund represented a donation from the company and its subsidiaries and contributions from the staff in Hong Kong and Mainland.

We share the sorrow and grief of our mainland compatriots. We hope that through our donation we can show our support to the victims and the rescue team. It is also our wish to call on everyone to extend help to those affected.
