2022.12.16

Tianda Group has donated Tuoen Ibuprofen Oral Suspension (antipyretics) and Dex-pseudo-Chlorpheniramine Syrup (cough and cold medicines) to Tsinghua University to support its anti-epidemic efforts and protect the health of teachers, students, and their families.

During the past three years of the pandemic, Tianda Group has continued to fulfill its social responsibilities and supported the global fight against the pandemic through various online, offline, and community activities. In addition to donating anti-epidemic items to different regions, Tianda Group also launched a series of “free Chinese medicine consultation and medicine” charity campaigns in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao to provide free medical services during the outbreak of the epidemic. Furthermore, TDMall, the Group’s traditional Chinese medicine (“TCM”) clinic chain, insisted on providing TCM services to the general public, and launched “TDMall on Cloud” (a mobile app) in 2020 to provide patients with services such as teleconsultation, cross-regional specialist consultation, and medicine delivery, to promote TCM services across borders, fully reflecting Tianda Group’s care and responsibility for the society.

In light of the new COVID-19 prevention and control situation in the Mainland, Tianda Group resumed the free online Chinese medicine consultation and anti-epidemic health consultation services through the “Cloud-based Global Anti-epidemic Chinese Medicine Platform” launched in the “TDMall on Cloud”. Patients and users can download and log in to “TDMall on Cloud” for free to make appointments for consultation and enjoy TCM services, such as automated tongue diagnosis and medicine delivery.
