Responsibilities
  1. Lead the formulation and implementation of Tianda Group Pharmaceutical’s mid- to long-term R&D strategy, complemented by annual operating plans; responsible for the complete R&D lifecycle—from project evaluation and initiation to successful scale-up and commercial handover—while designing and continuously enhancing operating procedures, and governance frameworks;
  2. Build, lead, and continuously strengthen a high-performing innovative drug R&D team; develop a sustainable talent pipeline and succession bench, nurture future leaders, and proactively resolve technical challenges to guarantee project quality, on-time delivery, and milestone achievement;
  3. Lead the assessment and integration of breakthrough technologies; prepare project initiation proposals; represent the company in high-value external collaborations, joint research programs, and strategic alliances, and actively contribute to business development, corporate strategy formulation, and investment-related activities.
Requirements
  1. Master’s degree or above in biomedical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences (Chinese or Western medicine), or a closely related discipline;
  2. Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical R&D and project leadership, including prior tenure in senior scientific or executive roles such as Chief Scientist, Head of R&D, etc.; deep and current knowledge of domestic and international drug development pathways, regulatory frameworks, and evolving industry policies;
  3. Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and strong leadership, combined with exceptional communication, along with strong team spirit and professional conduct.
