Responsibilities

1. Support the formulation of development strategies for the Group and each business segment, while driving the creation and continuous refinement of operating management systems and governance structures across the organization;

Requirements

Remuneration

Basic salary plus year-end performance bonus. Specific package will be determined based on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.

Internal Audit Manager

Responsibilities

1. Develop and enhance internal audit policies, regulations, and strategic frameworks for the group and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements;
2. Plan and execute the annual audit program, overseeing the full audit lifecycle—including scoping, scheduling, and resource allocation—while monitoring progress and policy developments;
3. Evaluate operational, production, and management processes to identify risks, drive improvements, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management;
4. Lead ad-hoc and special audits as directed by the management, regulatory needs, or subsidiary arrangements;
5. Maintain audit documentation and propose enhancements to systems and workflows;
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Audit, or a related field;
2. Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia or equivalent is required;
3. Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in medium to large enterprises, with in-depth knowledge of local and international financial regulations, tax policies, and audit standards;
4. Work experience in both Hong Kong and Mainland China is preferred;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism, with excellent communication and coordination skills;
6. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage);
7. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
8. Detail-oriented, collaborative, and a strong team player;
9. Background in Pharmaceutical/FMCG industries is a plus.

Accountant

Responsibilities

1. Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including preparation and processing of accounting vouchers;
2. Assist with month-end closing, preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, and other management accounting reports;
3. Issue invoices and receipts to clients, and manage payment-related processes;
4. Review company expenditures and expense claims for accuracy and compliance with company policies;
5. Support asset and inventory audits, and maintain accounting documentation, filing systems, and procedural records;

Requirements

1. Diploma or above in Accounting or a related discipline;
2. At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience;

Global R&D Director

1. Lead the formulation and implementation of Tianda Group Pharmaceutical’s mid- to long-term R&D strategy, complemented by annual operating plans; responsible for the complete R&D lifecycle—from project evaluation and initiation to successful scale-up and commercial handover—while designing and continuously enhancing operating procedures, and governance frameworks;
2. Build, lead, and continuously strengthen a high-performing innovative drug R&D team; develop a sustainable talent pipeline and succession bench, nurture future leaders, and proactively resolve technical challenges to guarantee project quality, on-time delivery, and milestone achievement;
3. Lead the assessment and integration of breakthrough technologies; prepare project initiation proposals; represent the company in high-value external collaborations, joint research programs, and strategic alliances, and actively contribute to business development, corporate strategy formulation, and investment-related activities.

Requirements

1. Master’s degree or above in biomedical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences (Chinese or Western medicine), or a closely related discipline;
2. Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical R&D and project leadership, including prior tenure in senior scientific or executive roles such as Chief Scientist, Head of R&D, etc.; deep and current knowledge of domestic and international drug development pathways, regulatory frameworks, and evolving industry policies;
3. Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and strong leadership, combined with exceptional communication, along with strong team spirit and professional conduct.

Investor Relations Manager

Responsibilities

1. Organize and manage investor relations activities including annual general meetings, roadshows, press conferences, and analyst briefings;
2. Monitor the company’s stock performance and valuation metrics regularly, and analyze factors affecting market capitalization, including investor sentiment, peer performance, and macroeconomic trends;
3. Engage investors, analysts, and funds; coordinate meetings and roadshows;
4. Propose compliant initiatives to improve market understanding and valuation;
5. Identify and approach potential investors and strategic capital sources;
6. Prepare investor presentations and support results announcement and briefings; and ensure all materials are aligned with corporate strategy, financial performance, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Finance, Business, or a related discipline from a recognized educational institution; 
2. Minimum of 5 years of investor relations experience gained from a listed company;
3. Strong understanding of capital markets, financial reporting, and regulatory disclosure requirements;

Market Development Manager

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute market development strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer traffic across all markets, including Hong Kong, GBA, and Australia;
2. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities in Chinese medicine healthcare services and related products, and prepare feasibility analysis and business proposals;

8. Provide marketing administrative support to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives within the Group; 
9. Lead or support strategic projects or perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in market & business development, sales & marketing, or retail, preferably in Chinese medicine, healthcare, or medical services;
3. Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English;
4. Good understanding of Hong Kong healthcare and Chinese medicine market and consumer behaviour, with sensitivity to brand positioning and service quality;
5. Strong communication and presentation skills, and a good team player;
6. Able to work independently, highly self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure;
7. Willingness to travel to the GBA or overseas when required.
