1. Support the formulation of development strategies for the Group and each business segment, while driving the creation and continuous refinement of operating management systems and governance structures across the organization;
2. Partner with the Chairman and General Managers to oversee the day-to-day operational management of all business segments, enhance operational quality and efficiency, and drive the achievement of the Group’s strategic and business objectives;
3. Conduct operational analysis, promptly identify and resolve issues, strengthen risk controls, and promote the sustainable development of the Group.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above;
2. At least 5 years of operational management experience in a conglomerate or diversified multinational enterprise;
3. Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, integrity and competence, innovation, excellent communication, coordination, organization, and leadership skills, along with strong team spirit and professional conduct.

Basic salary plus year-end performance bonus. Specific package will be determined based on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.
