Tianda Pharmaceuticals is devoted primarily to the research and development,
manufacturing, marketing and sales of pharmaceutical and health care
products. The company is headquartered in Hong Kong and has established
a Chinese and western medicine R&D and production centre in Zhuhai,
China. It also runs a biotechnology company in Shenzhen, China for
the research, development and manufacture of biotech products including
therapeutic medicines, and a herbal medicine strategic research and
development centre in Yunnan Province, mainly for the development
of herbal medicines that contain Taxol. The company set up a wholly-owned
subsidiary in Australia and has been planning to build branches and
establish joint ventures with companies in America and Europe. In
addition, Tianda Pharmaceuticals has invested in and holds shares
in many other pharmaceutical enterprises. |
